ABOUT DHHCS

DHHCS stands for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Counseling Services. Founded in 2009 by Bradley F. Houck, the offices are based in Salem, Oregon. Clients who live in the Salem region have the option of meeting in person for sessions at the downtown Salem office. Videophone counseling services are also provided for those who need access to a counselor fluent in American Sign Language and experienced in Deaf culture who don’t currently have that option locally.
